Reverend Fowler Sr. is a known anti homosexual preacher. Make no mistake about it. In fact, according to him, “all sin will send you to hell.”
As I’ve said, it’s not enough to tell people where they will end up is they don’t repent. We must give them the hope of the cross, to repent, ask the Lord for forgiveness of sin, and then the Holy Spirit makes you a brand new creature in Christ.
I’m sure that Fowler does offer this hope in Christ.
Now with the election season in full swing, 2020 Democratic hopefuls are attending congregations of predominantly Black people teaching for Black support.
On paper, most Black people are against the sin of homosexuality.
In reality, some places across the denomination spectrum hire homosexual music ministers, pastors, worship leaders, deacons, and others. It’s not like this all across the spectrum, but when it comes to the secret that’s known, we shouldn’t fool ourselves.
But this article is about certain candidates that seek to secure the Black vote by attending congregations. Apparently, some of them didn’t do their homework or they did, and entered into a congregation who’s pastor is agains the sin of homosexuality.
It’s risky to be seen in an anti LGBTQ place as it will bring their wrath and the condemnation of homosexuals on people. But then again, it could be a strategy where the benefits outweigh the risks.
We must understand that tares are among wheat.
We must also understand that houses of worship isn’t heaven. It’s not perfect.
It’s not the pastors fault if people live the sinful life, but it’s the pastor’s job to live holy. Hypocrisy is vile.
Having said this, we know that houses of worship, in particular, where there’s a predominance of Black people, are targeted. And this is where the line must be drawn. We should have enough sense not to allow our houses of worship to become a meeting place for candidates that are against the Scriptures to secure your vote.
I’m not advocating throwing them out of your house of worship.
They come to worship? Then worship, not campaign.
Houses of worship is for the purpose of worshipping the true and living God.
Pastors should be disciplined enough not to open places of worship to the world to take away the attention that ought to be on the Lord.
And we should never open the house of worship to positions of demonic narratives that we know is against the Lord.
Do what you want. But we can’t compromise or capitulate because a candidate for president desires to speak.
Also, we know that in all houses of worship, a person’s political views interfere with the Word of God. In every house of worship, we know that there’s somebody that doesn’t agree with Scripture.
They hold fast to anything that’s inconsistent with the Scriptures.
Remember, they’re of the world.
And it’s not the pastors fault. And neither should the pastor force people to believe a certain way. We must remember that pastors aren’t God. Pastors work for the Great Shepherd of the sheep.
Then there’s pastors that are a mixed bag of sin and politics claiming to be holy. People follow this and take it for permission to live in sin like their pastor, while playing that they’re holy.
Our job is the present the Word and people have to make a determination to live by the rightly divided Word or not.
What happens before, during, and after the service in the house of worship should remain respectful. Except sin.
Pastors can’t control everyone, and they’re not supposed to.
The presence of God in the house of the Lord ought to deter people. But according to Ezekiel 8, we see that even the temple, which represents the presence of the Lord isn’t honored.
Holy and profane must never be mixed.
Politics that violate the Word of God is a bad mixture.
Believers must never surrender the Scriptures to respect any candidate’s anti Biblical position. And we must respectfully express this to all candidates, regardless of party affiliation.
Just as they’re entitled to hold and express their political position that may be anti Biblical, we’re entitled to respectfully rebuke and hold fast to our profession of faith, without wavering.
Romans 14:5b (NKJV Strong’s) “…Let each be fully convinced in their own mind.”
But they know that somewhere in that congregation, there’s somebody that agree with their anti Biblical position. Hoping that that one or two persons, or more, would spread the word to vote for them.
These candidates are not looking to turn the whole congregation. Just get to that one or more persons that agree with them, plant the seed, and hopefully secure more votes for anti Biblical positions as possible.
According to the article, we find these words.
“Sens. Kamala Harris of California and Cory Booker of New Jersey both attended services last weekend at Rev. Robert E. Fowler Sr.’s Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Las Vegas, while Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont held a town hall at the church last month.”

It’s amazing that people are talking about reparations.
It’s a wasted debate to fire up the Democratic base.
But what did it accomplish?
A divisive debate.
There’s only one reason why this was brought up.
The Black vote.
But how can you depend upon the Black vote when you kill 1200 Black babies a day?
With one vote on the house floor, the greatest “reparation” would be to stop murdering babies, regardless of their ethnicity.
In NYC, the highest killing of Black babies takes place every day.
The male and female that committed fornication or adultery is responsible for deciding to kill their baby. The abortionist obliges. And a three way sin was committed.
(1) Fornication (2) Adultery (3) Murder.
Three persons become the principle co-conspirators in snuffing out the life of a child that had no power to argue his or her case to live.
The male, the female, the abortionist.
And politicians, entertainers, and others are arguing about repaying Black people living today that are, at least two, perhaps, three generations forward of those that were involved in slavery.
You may think that it’s a noble thing to put a dollar figure on repaying Black people for the past sins of America. But it’s foolhardy.
Let’s entertain some variables.
Let’s say they pass a bill. How much money would be allocated? Who would pay for it or where will the money come from? Who would be qualified to get the money? Or will it be a tax deduction in addition to the standard deduction to reduce your tax liability for qualified Black people?
How much would it add to the current national deficit?
Just like free student tuition and medicare for all would add trillions of dollars to the national debt, reparations would significantly contribute to the national debt.
If it’s based on two acres and a mule, just imagine the federal government giving the monetary equivalent to every qualified Black person.
Let’s also factor in the possibility that they don’t allow a tax deduction and you’re responsible to pay all taxes on any reparations.
How many votes did Democrats lose after killing more Black babies?
Since 1973, potentially, Democrats lost 15 million potential Democratic votes, and they want to kill more, and then expect Black people to support more killing of Black babies? But just imagine the offspring of the 15 million that would have lived? We’re talking over possibly 60 million person that could have voted.
If you’re smart, if someone was out to kill your baby AND expect you to vote for killing more of your babies, wouldn’t you do everything in your power to stop this policy of killing more of your babies?
At the hearing for reparations today (6/19/19), nothing was shared about the continued assassination of Black babies in the womb. It’s like a complete silence which equates to aiding and abetting the continued crime of murder with no justice in sight.
While it’s easy to try to announce judgment upon this nation from Almighty God, so far, judgment has occurred in many forms. But what we’re also seeing is that states are rising up to force the Supreme Court to overturn a lower court ruling that became the law of the land based on the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.
And we all know that the 14th Amendment was a part of two other Amendments (the 13th and the 15th) that gave Black people equal footing after Reconstruction, voted and ratified by Republicans, vilified, and voted against by Democrats.
If Democrats are serious about “reparations,” let them show their seriousness by passing legislation to abolish the lower court ruling of abortion on demand.
You see, the moment you become detached from your emotions and look at it from a common sense perspective, reality sinks in that all this time, when you thought you were supporting something that essentially wasn’t supporting you, you change course.
Stop killing your baby, stop supporting policies that kill babies.
